Onboarding in five steps

1. Discovery call (30 minutes).
2. Access: CMS, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts via partner access.
3. Audit and baseline within ten working days.
4. Plan sign-off and tracking setup.
5. Monthly reporting and a standing call.
